Group Fitness Activity
Our group fitness activity for 2019 will be an all-levels Yoga class!
Whether you are a regular yogi or have never done yoga in your life, this morning class will get you stretched and energized for a full day of activities.
Join us Tuesday, October 8 at 6:00 AM out on the covered area of Cayman Court for this class.
Mats and/or towels will be provided.
